Etairos is a caregiving company that takes pride in its capacity to provide high-quality care to its patients while guaranteeing the health and safety of its caregivers. But have you ever pondered how Etairos assigns its caregivers to ensure that both patients’ and caregivers requirements are met? This article provides a behind-the-scenes glimpse at how Etairos schedules its caregivers. We will also learn about the company’s dedication to its caregivers and the culture making it a desirable workplace.

How does Etairos schedule a caregiver?

Any time we hire a new caregiver, we get to know them and ask them for their preferences, such as available hours, preferred zip codes, and caregiver flexibility. We customize the schedule by matching the caregiver with patients depending on the needs of the patients and adjusting to their convenience and availability. Our goal is to make sure we fill the needs and wants of both the caretaker and the patient.
